Project Overview
The Elmore-Ada Water Project, LLC was formed in August 2007 to evaluate water supply and delivery opportunities to specific areas of Elmore and Ada counties. The objective coincides with an overarching goal of enabling the state of Idaho to keep its water resources in the state. The primary short-term objective of the company is to perform a comprehensive feasibility study to evaluate the opportunity to provide a water supply to this area.

The Feasibility Study will examine future water demand, existing and potential water resources, legal constraints, facility alternatives and costing, environmental scoping, and capital requirements

The study will also include outreach to elected officials, state and local agencies, water users, landowners, and other stakeholders.
